It is very important to follow the order in which you consume the foods allowed by the diet:

  • on the first day you should satisfy your hunger exclusively with fish (which is up to you);
  • on the second day you can eat only vegetables;
  • on the third day you can eat nothing but chicken fillet;
  • the fourth day prescribes to eat only cereal porridge;
  • food of the fifth day of the diet - natural cottage cheese;
  • the sixth day is devoted to eating various fruits;
  • You can drink water on the seventh day (that's why many people ignore it).

Anna Johansson does not specify the quantity of each product above that is allowed to be consumed. This deficiency has been corrected by other nutritionists: they recommend eating no more than 500 g of chicken meat, fish and cottage cheese per day; up to 1. 5 kg of vegetables and ripe fruits, maximum 300 g of cereals.

Swedish weight loss method rules

  1. The products included in the petal diet cannot be mixed with each other. If this principle is violated, the process of losing weight will not be complete, and, therefore, it will be difficult to achieve good results.
  2. You need to eat 4-5 times a day. It is advisable to maintain equal time intervals between meals.
  3. Food must be chewed thoroughly.
  4. Various dishes can be prepared from one product.
  5. Favorite types of cooking food are stewing, stewing, baking in the oven, steaming and grilling. It is absolutely forbidden to eat fried food.
